Ice Plant & Fish Dock
Ice Plant Staffed Hours
7 days a week, 8:00 am - 4:00pm (As of March 2023)
Note: There is a $250.00 after hour call-out fee for ice deliveries other than during normal delivery hours.
Information on the Fish Dock:
- 382’ Face, 50’ end (side) berths
- -20’ water depth at MLLW
- 31’ deck height above MLLW
- 8 cranes (six 2 ½ ton; two 5 ton).
Ice:
Accumulated throughout year. Accounts reviewed each December for rate adjustment based on previous year’s actual tons of ice purchased.)
0>100 tons $130.90 per ton
101>300 tons $128.00 per ton
301>500 tons $124.00 per ton
501>700 tons $121.00 per ton
701>1000 tons $118.00 per ton
Over 1001 tons $115.00 per ton
Cranes:
0 – 15 minutes $22.66
16 – 30 minutes $45.32
31 – 45 minutes $67.98
46 – 60 minutes $90.64
Annual crane card: $52.00
Replacement fee for crane card: $5.00

Cold Storage For Bait:
Available March – November 15
Units 1 through 8 are 8' x 10'. Unit 9 is 22' x 10'
Units 1-8 are $334.75 per month for up to a full 9 month season. For unit 9, $920.90 per month. Cold storage is not available during the facility's scheduled downtime for maintenance, which typically runs from late November to early February. They are availble on a first-come, first-serve basis starting in January. If you would like to secure access to a cold storage locker in advance of January, keep an eye out for the Invitation to Bid from the City Clerk's office.
