Reserve a Park Pavilion
Pavilions and/or gazebos are available to reserve at Karen Hornaday Park, Bishop's Beach, and WKFL Park. The public is free to use all pavilions and gazebos on a first-come, first-serve basis unless a private group or event has reserved them. Reservation notices will be posted at the park facility on the day of the reservation.
For Mariner Park and the Kachemak Bay Water Trail Pavilion, head to reserve a pavilion on the Homer Spit.
Large-scale public events may require a Special Event Permit; you can fill out the interactive questionnaire on the Special Event Permit Information Page to determine if one is required.
Any event sanctioned by the Kenai Peninsula Borough School District is exempt from any reservation fees, please to make make reservation please call 907-435-3139.
To reserve one of the pavilions:
- Go HERE to LOG IN/CREATE AN ACCOUNT
- Once you have created an account, click on PAVILION RENTALS
- Select a pavilion location: Karen Hornaday Park, Bishop's Beach, and WKFL Park
- Review pavilion calendar and submit your reservation and payment ($25 for 4 hours)
- You should have received a reservation & payment conformation through email
