Library Policies
To ensure that visitors may enjoy a safe and pleasant library experience, the library policies below have been established and adopted by the Library Advisory Board and approved by the Homer City Council.
Fees and Forms
All current fees and charges can be found in the citywide Fee Schedule, available through the City Clerks website.
Below, you will find a variety of patron forms, such as volunteer applications, meeting room requests, and complaint forms. To submit a form, you may scan or email the downloadable form (see Supporting Documents), fill out an online webform (see Web Links), or drop by the library to fill out a form in person.
